CY: Elevation Deadline

Calendar Year Chapters (whose officer structure runs Jan. – Dec.) must complete all the following required Elevation requirements for the January 30, 2026:  deadline. 

• Finance & Facility Form (includes live-in roster if applicable) 

• Roster Update 

• Contact Form 

• Hazing Compliance Form 

• Notice of Membership Intake/Recruitment Intent  

• Priority Area Assessments 
  • This Priority Area must be filled out with the following template: Assessment Template

• Risk Management Policy and Emergency Procedures 

• Web Update Form
