  • History: Order of Omega was founded at the University of Miami in the fall of 1959 by a group of outstanding fraternity men who felt that individuals in the Greek community should be recognized for their service to the fraternity system and the University. On February 9, 1967, a chapter was chartered at the University of Southern Mississippi. There are now over three hundred chapters in the United States.

Epsilon Delta Chapter at Colorado State: The Order prides itself on admitting the best of the best – only 3% of Greek students are inducted into the Order every academic year, compiling a group of juniors and seniors who have exemplified high standards in the areas of scholarship, leadership, and involvement within their respective organization and within the fraternity and sorority, campus, and local communities. We function as an honor society, recognizing honorable and committed members in our community and providing service to others.
