Lindsay Sell

Lindsay joined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life staff in September 2013.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication at Colorado State University (CSU), during which time she held the position of President of the Panhellenic Council.  Lindsay also earned her Master of Science degree in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program at CSU.  Lindsay has previously served as the Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of Connecticut, and in 2011 she returned to CSU to work as the Assistant Director for Student Advancement Program in the Office of Events & Constituent Engagement.  Lindsay is committed to her membership in Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity for Women, and routinely volunteers and is recognized for her contributions to the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA).

Natalie Padrón

Assistant Director – (She/Her/Hers)

Natalie joined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life staff in June 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a concentration in Religion from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC and went on to receive her Master of Education degree in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida. During her time at UF Natalie advised the Multicultural Greek Council, served on the Divisional Protest Response Team, and enjoyed mentoring undergraduate students through the University Minority Mentor Program. Natalie is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Theta Women’s Fraternity, and the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA). She is originally from Miami, FL.

Justin M. Schwendeman

Accountability Specialist – (He/Him/His)

Justin joined the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life in November 2019. Prior to the Accountability Specialist role, Justin held a Residence Director role here at CSU. Justin earned his bachelors in integrated Elementary and Special Education from Towson University. This is also where Justin held roles as the Vice President of Health and Safety as well as Secretary for the Iota Sigma Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity. He then went on to serve as an Assistant Residence Hall Director as Kent State University while earning his Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel. Justin is an active member of American College Personnel Association (ACPA) serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Colorado Chapter of the organization.

Amanda Taylor

Program Coordinator – (She/Her/Hers)

Amanda joined the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life staff in July 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at New Mexico State University (NMSU). While at NMSU, Amanda became a member of Delta Zeta Sorority and served as the Panhellenic Council President. In May 2017, she also completed her Master of Science degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) at Colorado State University (CSU). During her time at CSU, Amanda assisted in the implementation of campus-wide events as a graduate assistant in the Campus Activities Department, as well as served as a Chapter Graduate Advisor for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Amanda is a member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and hopes to continue her involvement with the association throughout her career. Amanda believes in the fraternal movement and has dedicated herself to supporting students in her role as a coordinator in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.

Shaill Vasavada

Program Coordinator – (She/Her/Hers)

Shaill rejoined the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life staff in October of 2020, after previously serving as graduate assistant for the office. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Neurobiology at University of Maryland, where she also found a passion for fraternity and sorority life through her membership in Alpha Omicron Pi. After graduating, Shaill went on to work at American University within their University Center Student Activities department before moving to Colorado to pursue her graduate degree. In May 2020, she completed her Master of Science degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) at Colorado State University (CSU). Shaill is passionate about the fraternity/sorority experience and committed to creating sustainable change towards equity within these organizations.
