GoPro Camera Reservation | Fraternity and Sorority Life

This form is to be filled out by any affiliated student who would like to reserve one of the OFSL GoPro Cameras to film a chapter-related event. Appropriate uses of these cameras include documenting philanthropy efforts, filming recruitment promotional videos, and documenting other chapter events for promotional efforts. Cameras can be reserved for a 24 hour period. Failure to return a camera in a timely manner may result in loss of camera privileges.
