Individual Award Nomination Form | Fraternity and Sorority Life

The Nomination Process
To enter into the pool of eligible candidates for an award, an individual must be nominated (or self-nominate) utilizing this form. To receive an award, all a nominee needs is one nomination. Multiple nominations or letters of support (optional) are not required, although can be helpful in providing context to judges.
Awards Nomination Timeline
Nominations for awards are due November 11, 2022. Award nominations will be reviewed and awards presented at the FSL Awards Ceremony on February 20, 2023. If you have any questions, please feel free to email fsl_programming@mail.colostate.edu
