CY: Elevation Deadline

Calendar Year Chapters must complete all of the following required Elevation forms for the week of September, 2025 deadline.

September 5, 2025:

• Finance & Facility Form (includes live-in roster if applicable)
• Roster Update
• Contact Form
• Hazing Compliance Form
• Notice of Membership Intake/Recruitment Intent
• Priority Area Action Plan Revisions
• Web Update Form
