- Alcohol or other drug references include partying, drinking games, and references to alcohol or drugs on recruitment marketing (including shirts, social media, and recruitment videos)
- Recruitment Expectations
- Chapters will be held responsible for their actions and individual behavior of members and non-members, including hired employees of services or venues at their recruitment events.
- Women are not to be present at recruitment activities and will not participate in active recruiting for any chapters.
- Women cannot be included in recruitment marketing, including social media and recruitment videos.
Sanctions:
- Recruitment violation fine
- Fall 2024: executive board education session and recruitment marketing approval
- Spring 2025: recruitment marketing approval
