AY: Major Elevation Deadline

Academic Year Chapters (whose officer structure runs Aug.-May) must complete all the following required Elevation requirements for the January 29, 2027, deadline. 

• Finance & Facility Form (includes live-in roster if applicable) 

• Roster Update 

• Hazing Compliance Form 

• Notice of Membership Intake/Recruitment Intent 

• Chapter Action Plan Revisions 
  • Action Plan Revision must be completed with the following template: Action Plan Revision Template

• Contact Form 

• Web Update Form
