RSO LICENSED ZOOM ACCOUNTS
RAMtech offers licensed Zoom accounts to the CSU community for only $50 per year – a great deal! With the help of RAMtech, SLiCE is able to work directly with RSOs who have SOFAs and help you with the billing process.

What is the process if our RSO has a SOFA?
- Similar to the process of a PCard, you will need one authorized signer for the licensed Zoom account – typically the financial officer. The officer will complete this form to establish the licensed Zoom account in their name.
- Our accounting team will verify the funds in your RSO’s SOFA and work with you on the billing procedures.
- The holder of the licensed Zoom account must have a colostate.edu email.
What is the process if our RSO is using an off-campus account?
- If you are using another method of payment that is not a SOFA, your RSO must work directly with RAMtech. Their process is linked here.

What if the holder of the licensed Zoom account leaves the organization?
- Establishing a functional transition report/checklist is key to changing over account information including the ownership of this account. Transferring the owner of the Zoom account should be included in your methods for onboarding new officers.
- If the holder of the licensed Zoom account leaves the organization, contact slice_accounting@colostate.edu with the name and email of the new officer and we will transfer the account.
