When PNMs arrive to the room to watch the welcome, they should:

If PNMs are lining up, please describe where they should be located (where the line should start and any additional instructions for how the line should be directed).

How would you like late PNM additions (added after the final list has been provided to the chapter at the one minute knock)?

If you are offering a closing statement to PNMs, would you like RCs to ask the PNMs to clump in any specific way to view the exit?

Is there anything else about your preferences for entry/exit that you would like the recruitment team to know? Do you have any special requests?
