IFC Recruitment – PNM Grade Verification Request Form

The IFC advisor will work with chapters to verify PNMs high school, CSU and transfer GPAs to support chapter recruitment efforts. Please note that requests are processed within 48 hours.

PNMS must understand that under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), they generally have the right to keep their education records private and must give consent to such records being shared with third parties, subject to certain exceptions. For more information, PNMs may see: www.registrar.colostate.edu/student-resources/ferpa-student-privacy. Each chapter should ensure that PNMs hereby grant permission to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life to review and release my academic records detailing academic performance, including grades, while pursuing membership into a CSU fraternity. The purpose of sharing academic performance information, including grades, is to confirm membership eligibility. Records shall be used for that limited purpose only.
