This form collects recruitment and new member education-related information. If you intend to bring in new members this semester, you will be asked to provide information about your recruitment events (including date, time, location, etc.). As well as information about your new member education program (including all activities & events held as part of the program).

For this reason, we encourage chapter officers responsible for all elements of the recruitment and new member education process to work together to complete this form. This might also require preparing to submit this form by gathering appropriate documents for upload.
