F/S Fest Roundtable

Chapters who are participating in the F/S Fest competition must have one representative present at every roundtable.

Each participating chapter is required to have at least one representative at the following roundtable meetings. Should a chapter’s primary F/S Fest contact not be able to attend, a proxy must attend in their place. Roundtables will be held on the following dates:

• Roundtable #1: Thursday, March 5, 2026, 5 – 6pm in LSC 386
• Roundtable #2: Thursday, March 26, 2026, 5– 6pm in LSC 386
• Roundtable #3: Thursday, April 16, 2026, 5– 6pm in LSC 308-10
• Roundtable #4: Tuesday, April 28, 2026, 6– 7pm in TBD*

*Please note, the fourth roundtable occurs the week following F/S Fest. This post event roundtable is required and meant to be an opportunity to collect feedback, review points, and return any leftover materials and props to teams.
