Lindsay Sell

Director / Advisor for the Panhellenic Council and the National Pan-Hellenic Council

Lindsay joined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life staff in September 2013.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication at Colorado State University (CSU), during which time she held the position of President of the Panhellenic Council.  Lindsay also earned her Master of Science degree in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program at CSU.  Lindsay has previously served as the Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of Connecticut, and in 2011 she returned to CSU to work as the Assistant Director for Student Advancement Program in the Office of Events & Constituent Engagement.  Lindsay is committed to her membership in Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity for Women, and routinely volunteers and is recognized for her contributions to the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA).

Natalie Padrón

Assistant Director / Advisor for the Interfraternity Council

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a concentration in Religion from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC and went on to receive her Master of Education degree in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida. During her time at UF Natalie advised the Multicultural Greek Council, served on the Divisional Protest Response Team, and enjoyed mentoring undergraduate students through the University Minority Mentor Program. Natalie is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Theta Women’s Fraternity, and the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA). She is originally from Miami, FL.

Zach Knight

Accountability Specialist

Zach joined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life in November 2016.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Advertising at The University of Southern Mississippi, where he also earned his Master of Education in Higher Education Administration & Student Counseling.  Zach previously served as the Director of Student Activities & Assessment at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN, where he developed robust assessment tools and training within the Office of Student Life. Zach is passionate about his membership in the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where he served as both Founding Father and President of his chapter. Zach cares deeply about advancing the body of research in higher education, and volunteers with the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) as an editorial board member/contributor for their journal, Perspectives. In his free time, Zach is an avid traveler, and loves exploring new places and meeting new people.

Amanda Villa

Program Coordinator / Advisor for the Multicultural Greek Council

Amanda joined the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life staff in July 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at New Mexico State University (NMSU). While at NMSU, Amanda became a member of Delta Zeta Sorority and served as the Panhellenic Council President. In May 2017, she also completed her Master of Science degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) at Colorado State University (CSU). During her time at CSU, Amanda assisted in the implementation of campus-wide events as a graduate assistant in the Campus Activities Department, as well as served as a Chapter Graduate Advisor for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Amanda is a member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and hopes to continue her involvement with the association throughout her career. Amanda believes in the fraternal movement and has dedicated herself to supporting students in her role as a coordinator in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.

Elijah Serena

Graduate Assistant/ Advisor for the Multicultural Greek Council

Elijah joins the Office of fraternity and sorority life from Texas, where he attended Texas State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology. Elijah has previously worked at the LBJ student Center at Texas State as part of the Student Involvement Office. Elijah loves animals and the outdoors, which informs his love for animals and a passion for conservation. He also has a love for superhero movies/comic books and how they are used to illustrate and parallel current world events. Related to student affairs, Elijah has an interest in social justice initiatives and creating brave spaces on campus for marginalized/underrepresented student populations. This includes a care for providing the resources students need to succeed at college with a focus on retention and persistence. Elijah will complete his masters degree in the Student Affairs in Higher Education program in May 2018.
