Emerging Leaders Program

The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life is excited to host our inaugural Emerging Leaders Program in Spring 2025! Emerging Leaders are members of the fraternity and sorority community who were initiated into their organizations within the last three semesters (Fall 2024, Spring 2024, and Fall 2023).

Students in the Emerging Leadership Program will be introduced to various leadership styles, practice facilitation, and explore unique aspects of leadership in a fraternity and sorority. Specifically, the program will explore organizational ritual and values, organizational identity and culture, and a shared commitment to growth and development.

This is a eight-week, introductory leadership development series geared specifically towards students who are newly initiated members of their organization.

This series takes place Tuesdays from 12:30 – 2:00pm beginning February 18, 2025.
