Order of Omega Recommendation Form

Please use this form to recommend fraternity/sorority community members for Order of Omega. As a reminder, below are the eligibility requirements: 

1. One full academic year of enrollment at the Colorado State University
2. Be in good standing with Colorado State University
3. Be in good standing with the candidate’s fraternal organization

The Order of Omega Executive Board will take your recommendation into account when recruiting for a new class, including verification of the eligibility requirements.
