The governing councils (MGC, NPHC, IFC and PHA) publish a promotional insert in The Collegian welcome back edition each fall. The intention behind the FSL Insert is to tell the stories of members and organizations so potential members better understand the CSU fraternity and sorority experience.

We are excited about the opportunity for your chapter to purchase an advertisement in this year’s publication!
The Insert is a great way to reach out to incoming students and their parents. By advertising in our Insert, your advertisement will be seen by a minimum of 7,000 people!

The FSL Insert is distributed during move-in at the beginning of Fall 2017 where it’s placed on the bed of EVERY new student, and it is available at Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life for anybody who comes in throughout the 2017-2018 school year with inquiries about joining an organization.

Why the stories of members and organizations?
We believe that a majority of students join a fraternity or sorority because of someone in particular that introduced them to the organization’s members. Hearing the stories and investing in the people of our community is a more accessible advertising strategy that goes beyond fast facts and data.

What is an advertisement?

If purchasing advertising space, chapters are welcome to design or provide content for a specific message from your organization. Your funding of the 2017-2018 insert brings the publication to life!

What should I know if my organization wants ad space?
If you would like to purchase an ad, email the order form included in this document to us. If purchasing an ad, please include any additional documents that you want included (preferably high resolution for pre-designed work.)

Note: Chapters will be invoiced two weeks following the start of the fall semester. Please do not mail or send payments until your chapter receives an invoice.

Order forms & all materials for your advertisement are due by 5pm on Friday, May 5, 2017 through this online form.
