Incident Description:
  • Members of the chapter exited the chapter facility without wearing face coverings in order to be tested by CSU’s mobile COVID testing unit. In addition, members of the chapter allowed a maintenance worker into the chapter facility where individuals were known to be positive with COVID19. The member who answered the door in addition to other brothers were seen without facial coverings.

  • Chapter members hosted an unregistered social event at a brother’s home which involved alcohol. The event was contacted by police and the host was issued a nuisance gathering ticket.
