Members of the organization engaged in hazing behavior that included personal servitude to members.

- Violation of Law or University Policy
Sanctions:
- General Disciplinary Probation through May 2022
- New member education review, including sharing a new education program and plan, approval of that plan by staff, and presenting that plan to all chapter members
- The chapter must host a presentation on the topic of the continuum of hazing harm with at least 80% of chapter members in attendance
