This form is to be completed by individuals attending the 2024 Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Institute.
In special circumstances chapter presidents may send a proxy, provided that they have reached out to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life regarding their prior commitment or conflict and received approval. Proxies should NOT complete this form before securing approval from the OFSL (outreach to chapter liaison).
The Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Institute occurs Friday, January 19 -Sunday, January 21, 2024 on campus at Colorado State University.While the 2024 program is in Fort Collins and does not require an overnight stay, you will be expected to hold the entire weekend with programming beginning fairly early in the morning and going late into the evening.You will receive additional information with specifics about timing as well as what to expect throughout the weekend. This weekend is a wonderful opportunity to meet other leaders, hone leadership skills, and engage in charting a course for our fraternity and sorority community throughout the next year.
Please note that failure to attend the Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Institute after registering and having attendance confirmed prior to the event will result in personal repayment of the cost of FSLI to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and/or governing council for ALL participant costs (including but not limited to room reservation fees, meals, and materials.)
