Meet Our Staff

Director (She/Her/Hers) - Currently serving as the assistant dean of student life on the Spring 2024 voyage of Semester at Sea. Will return to the OFSL on May 1, 2024.

Sell.LindsayLindsay joined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life staff in September 2013.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication at Colorado State University (CSU), during which time she held the position of President of the Panhellenic Council.  Lindsay also earned her Master of Science degree in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program at CSU.  Lindsay has previously served as the Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of Connecticut, and in 2011 she returned to CSU to work as the Assistant Director for Student Advancement Program in the Office of Events & Constituent Engagement.  Lindsay is committed to her membership in Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity for Women, and routinely volunteers and is recognized for her contributions to the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA).

Interim Director (She/Her/Ella)

Padron.NatalieNatalie joined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life staff in June 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a concentration in Religion from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC and went on to receive her Master of Education degree in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida.  Natalie is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Theta Women’s Fraternity, and the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA). She is originally from Miami, FL.

Program Coordinator (She/Her/Hers)

Ahjina rejoined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life in June 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and an Interdisciplinary Film Studies Minor from Colorado State University in May 2020. During her undergrad, Ahjina became a proud sister of Delta Xi Nu Multicultural Sorority, Inc. where she held many leadership positions. Her most notable were chapter Vice President, Secretary of the Epsilon Delta Chapter of Order of Omega, and the Community Service & Philanthropy Intern of the OFSL. Ahjina’s passion is to create equitable experiences for fraternity and sorority members. You can catch her comparing life to movies and reppin’ a Fleur de Lis. Geaux Saints!

Hannah rejoined the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life in January 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Anatomy and Physiology from Colorado State University in December 2023. During her undergrad, Hannah served on Panhellenic Council, Order of Omega executive board and worked as the Programming Intern in the office. She is excited to continue her involvement in Fraternity and Sorority Life while advising Panhellenic this semester.

Graduate Assistant (She/Her/Hers)

Maija joined the office in August of 2023. She earned her Honors Bachelor of Science (H.B.S.) in Radiation Health Physics at Oregon State University’s Honors College (OSU). While at OSU, Maija supported student DEIJ programming and women of color initatives, as well as served through leadership positions in her sorority, her governing council, and student government. She holds membership in Sigma Delta Omega. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) at Colorado State University (CSU). She is excited to continue her own learning and support students in the Fraternity and Sorority Life Community with theirs as well. Life Community with theirs as well.
